		<description>I admire the growth of the Mozilla community, it’s quite staggering. If only every organisation could be underpinned with the same principles - openness, trust and transparency.

We live in a world of “permanent beta” and Firefox is one of the best examples of how we should all put more trust in the hands of the consumer, by allowing them to comment and modify what and how we delivery products and services.</description>
